This retail sales business of bridal gifts and kitchenware originally began in this tenant location. Spaces included a retail showroom complete with a demonstration kitchen, product storeroom with an area for gift wrapping, office, restrooms, and mechanical/electrical rooms. The interior featured exposed wood trusses with the trusses, roof deck, and ductwork painted black. Special downlights were used to accent the merchandise. The business quickly outgrew this location but continues to be a great success in its new location we designed on Red Wolf Blvd.
