Arkansas State University, Hardwired Cafe
Hardwired Cafe was created to provide ASU students and non-students a place to relax and enjoy coffee, snacks, and company during the early days of the internet. The project required renovation of an old service station property, including new windows and doors. Interior finishes were a mixture of carpet, quarry tile and hardwood for floors; quarry tile and hardwood base trims; painted walls, new and existing; exposed painted roof structure, with new custom lighting systems. Extensive plumbing, electrical, and HVAC renovations were required.
